“The Croatia Islands and Old Towns bike tour was truly spectacular. After leaving the bustle of Split, the islands were a dream for riders. The roads were good, the traffic was light, the scenery was wonderful and the guides were knowledgeable, flexible and confident. We had a mix of e-bikes and gravel bikes in our group and found that this worked perfectly. The 4/5 rating for the rides was about right. On a regular bike, some of the climbs were challenging but do-able if you had the legs. On an e-bike, you would have no problem at all. The vistas were absolutely spectacular. The paddle day was slightly abbreviated but just about right, and very do-able for anyone who has had minimal experience kayaking experience. The instruction and support was very good. We were in very good hands. In all - a worthwhile adventure - again. Thanks Grasshopper!”

“The guides were great and worked very hard to make this a great trip for everyone. We all agreed that we needed more biking and less talking and breaks. The accommodations were not great. The bikes were good as was the support. The snacks for break were mediocre. No fresh fruit, no requested diet soda. Below Grasshopper standards on accommodations and snacks. We appreciate that this was the first Grasshopper trip in Croatia, but i believe you need to charge more to meet your standards.”
