“We all had a fantastic week cycling. The rides were challenging at times ( for me ) The train trips were glorious and we enjoyed amazing views of the tea plantations. The accommodation was very good especially 98 Acres which was exceptional. It would have been wonderful if we stayed there for a couple of nights but the cycling routes didn’t really allow for it The food was delicious too. All in all a wonderful week. Sadly, we had to return to the UK from Sri Lanka earlier than planned but really enjoyed our last night in the Galle which was stunning. The hotel was beautiful too. A fabulous experience which I would highly recommend. The back up transport was excellent too and nothing was too much trouble for the boys. Thank you”

“Holiday of a lifetime! Wonderful varied route allowing you to see varied and beautiful Sri Lanka as you go; route description fits challenge level (some big climbs, but also wonderful descents, and undulating roads); amazing overnight stops (including Elephant Safari, Rainforest Trek, and historic Galle Fort); wonderful hotels (especially 98 Acres, Rainforest Ecolodge & Galle Fort Hotel). Great support from our driver Manoj and information on rideGPS, Grasshopper app and pre-trip information meant everything was as expected and trouble free (one bike did break at end of a days riding, but Manoj had a new bike ready the next day). Would highly recommend this trip! Thank you Grasshopper!”
