“Item is spot on. The service from Kama gear not so good. When you order items nowadays you expect a quick delivery. This took almost 2 weeks with no communication from them, I emailed to ask whether it had been dispatched or if there was a problem but no response. The price was good and item spot on but would be reluctant to use again, sorry”

Based on the issue you're experiencing, it appears the surface has not been properly maintained. We recommend following the care instructions to avoid these kinds of problems in the future.
