“I ordered the V2 kamado carbon black and what more can I say. Absolutely brilliant. Enjoyed some beautiful BBQs since. I had the white glove service and well worth the money for installation. The BBQ is so well made and I will enjoy years and years of BBQ and entertaining. If you're thinking of buying, just do it! Better value than a kamado Joe.”

“Received the Soapstone in good time, bubble wrapped in large box and paper packing. Small pieces of Soapstone found in bubble wrap off the underside edge of the stone, top perfectly fine however so no problem. Totally happy with purchase overall.”

“I'm sure the deflectors will be great.....once I actually have them. I'm STILL waiting for them to be delivered. I have contacted you via your website but you haven't replied. I'm assuming the delivery company is dpb. I've tried contacting them too but it's impossible to talk to anyone. Please contact me ASAP so we can get this matter resolved.”

“Who knew that soapstone worked so well as a plancha? True there's no griddle marks but what there is a beautiful all-over char and consistent heat applied. Whoever thought of it, well done.”

“Great service and top-drawer products as ever. The soapstone plancha is a new grill plate that will be used for things such as seafood and burgers that are best cooked on a flat, hot surface rather than a conventional grill grate and I’m sure this one will see plenty of use.”
