How is the product's quality?

Poor

“As usual thepeople I have delt with at Grip6 have been great. Both professional and pleasant. They were also very quick to get back to me helping me out with a custom order after I goofed up the order I submitted. They made sure I received exactly what I needed. I love this company and have given belts to just about every male member of my extended family and a few of the ladies too.”

“This strap was part of my second purchase with this company. My first purchase included a narrow(1.1) buckle and I mistakenly ordered a wide(1.5) strap. So instead of returning either item and ordering the correct size to make a matching set, I decided to order a wide buckle and a narrow strap to have 2 sets. This was a costly mistake on my part but I now have a set of narrow and a set of wide straps and buckles.”
