“Really like the concept, and want to like the belt, but in my experience, it just doesn't work. I've tried this belt with multiple pants at different times, but it won't stay tight. This morning I wore it for a 2.6 mile walk this morning and had to tighten it 6 times. Maybe this is just an issue with the carbon buckles or this particular strap material, but I'm going to stick with my previous belt brand. The materials of the belt are nice, and it's super light, but functioning as a belt is kinda the most important part for me.”

Hey Ryan, I'm so sorry you've had difficulties with the belt, I would definitely feel the same in your situation. I would be more than happy to help you out, replace it, or get you a refund. Typically when someone says the belt isn't staying tight, they are unknowingly putting it on incorrectly. The way the belt was engineered makes it near impossible to come loose once it has been put on. It will stay tight even under 250 pounds of pressure. “This is my second day with the belt, and I'm happy to say that it'll be the belt I always wear going forward. I was a little incredulous about the belt initially but wanted a carbon fiber belt and got it anyways. Now that I've had it around my waist, I can say that the only thing better than the belt's ease of use is its quality. The belt is no more difficult to put on or take off than a normal belt; however, it does take some learning to get a feel for how tight to pull it. I'm probably only a second or two slower using this belt than a standard one, but I know that will change soon enough. Unless you're always needing to blitz through putting your pants on and taking them off, the slight learning curve won't be a problem. Personally, I find the look of the forged carbon fiber buckle to more than compensate for it. On that topic, the buckle is the best looking forged carbon fiber product I've seen. The marbled look of the fibers is always apparent; you don't need to get the light to hit it in just the right way for the carbon fiber to look good, as you do with some other forged carbon products I've seen. I'm very pleased to have added this belt to my collection of carbon fiber items. If you're also looking for a carbon fiber belt, then look no further than those offered by Grip6.”

“Ooh great belt. It feels comfortable every time. Great job. It's a snap to take off. And with practice a few time I about have it on slick. Love it. Old leaver belt is either too tight or too loose. To many ugly used holes as I loose weight. New belt slip on to snug and tuck the tail. Smooth look. No tail.”
