“Hi - a while back we had ordered a belt that Grip6 says that was delivered but we never received it and felt a bit let down that our complaint seemed be going nowhere. However, we are writing back again today to say that Kait of Grip6 made it right. She replaced the belt and we received it with proper tracking the entire way. We wanted to state this publicly because not all companies would accept responsibility and this company surely does. The belt is superb and we will be customers for a long, long time. Thank you, Kait, and Grip6.”

“I now have four of your buckles and five belts. The first one took me a few days to determine what I thought of the way it worked. These are now the only belts I wear. Bought a black buckle and black belt to wear with a dress suit. Wasn't sure how it would look. I prefer the look over all my dress belts. There is one problem. I now want several more colors. Great product! Glade you designed it. Best wishes!”
