“My 2nd Grip6 belt/buckle. 1st works great. This one, because the sides of the slot are too sharp, is difficult to work. I'm guessing it's my last Grip6 belt/buckle.”

Michael, I am sorry to hear that! The buckles are all done the same way, so the one shouldn't be harder to work than the rest. I am wondering if we accidentally didn't process the buckle correctly.
