“Yes, I purchased this Men's Narrow Classic Pack, but after trying it, it was too small for my size, so I inquired how to have it changed to Regular 1.5". I was sent a bar code like something to be send through USPS so that, according to the guy I chatted, they can change it to the right size I am interested about. I was willing to pay the additonal charges, but I was told not to worry about it. The transaction was made last November 2018, but until the time of this writing, no items has been received yet at the address I indicated. I hope the customer service would attend to this issue so that I can enjoy using your well-promoted items. Jeruel”
