Since I have only had these just over a week, I have not been able to identify any cons as of yet. I have done gym workouts but have not run or hiked any considerable distance yet to judge its athletic usefulness or suitability. These pair are the daily wear models. And thus I am treating them so. I will buy other models when it comes time for that. I am hopeful Grip6 will meet my complete needs when it comes to socks.

Love these socks I wore them when it was 90 degrees in Idaho or 32 degrees in Alaska. Great for biking, walking, and hiking. Even better you can wear them a couple of days between washing for when you travel taking up less space in your bags.

The perfect short sock.

Too small and overly tight on the toes. I wear men's size 11 so ordered a large. These are about the size my wife wears. I also ordered both "wool ankle socks" and "Everyday wool ankle socks". Near as I can tell, there is NO difference. The packaging is the same, as is the pattern and stitching. They are comfortable but I will stick with Darn Tough as they are sized more generously.
