“Got excited when I thought they finally made an over the calf boot sock. It's not an over the calf boot sock. It's extremely thin like pantyhose or a dress sock and there is no padding on the sole. The return was very straight forward, though. If you were looking for a solid over the calf boot sock, though, this isn't it. It's been ages since I've gone skiing, but honestly, I'm not sure why you'd want this for skiing, either, there is zero padding and it's too thin to have very useful insulatory capacities, even with the wool.”
