I received a response within hours of my email notifying Groomers World of the damaged item. I was apologised to, sent a link to arrange a free return and told that a new unit will be sent out at their earliest opportunity, given the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. “A little bit louder than my previous drier, however drying time is less than before. It would be advisable to include the weight of the product if there is an option of installing it on the wall. My mistake I didn't check that. Dryer is too heavy for a mobile van wall. Overall, very good buy, fast delivery and good customer service.”
“Wow super fast drying. used first time today and made up with it worth every Penny I ordered the wall mount as well and looks great and tidy being out the way. does have heat but today did not use the heat and worked just as well with out the heat , dogs dried 10% quicker then my other dryer”
