“I purchased the Women's Nova Go1 after contemplating it for several months and comparing it to other brands and styles. I was really looking forward to these shoes because of how stylish they are compared to other barefoot companies. I have worn barefoot shoes for several years now and understand that the quality and experience are worth the high price. However, after wearing the Nova Go1 for only a couple of days, I am extremely unhappy with the fit and how the insoles are constantly sliding around inside the shoe. I have to readjust the insoles multiple times a day, and they are starting to cause pain in my toes because of the insole sliding back in the shoe. For such an expensive price, it is disappointing how much these shoes bother me.”

We’re sorry to hear that the fit and especially the insole caused discomfort. That’s not the experience we want for our customers.
The insole in this model is removable and not essential to the shoe’s function. If it doesn’t stay in place comfortably, some customers prefer wearing the shoes without it for a more direct barefoot feel.
At the same time, we understand that this can be frustrating, especially at this price point. We’re currently working on improving this aspect in future versions.
