“I have used Groundies for some years now. In the beginning I found them more comfortable. With some of the new designs, I have noticed they got stiffer, tighter, not as wide as they used to be (I use Wide). I have measured my feet - they are the same size- Nevertheless I like them, however now also looking for other models as alternatives. I miss some of the old models (sneakers), good ol' concepts could maybe be brought back to life?”

“I love all my Groundies shoes (and I'm addicted to them, I own at least 10 pairs!). They're super comfortable and they look good too. I've never looked back since switching to barefoot shoes. And Groundies are good value for money.”

“Ich habe die von mir bestellten Schuhe zurückgeschickt, weil sie mir optisch nicht gefallen haben. Bequem waren sie aber in jedem Fall. Leider klappt es nach Wochen immer noch nicht mit der Rückerstattung. Ich habe schon mehrfach bei Klarna angegeben, dass ich beide Paar Schuhe zurück geschickt habe und ich habe auch von Groundies per Mail den Empfang der Retoure schriftlich bekommen. Trotzdem wurde die Anfrage bei Klarna seitens Groundies abgelehnt, weswegen ich nun jetzt schon die zweite Mahnung erhalten habe. Sehr schade, dass sich darum nicht besser gekümmert wird!”

“I am very disappointed with my experience. I wore both the nova women shoes and the Sienna boots only once, on a rainy day, and found the soles to be extremely slippery to the point of being unsafe. I even sent a video clearly demonstrating the issue and requested a refund for both items. However, the response I received was that they do not advertise their shoes as non-slip, and therefore they would not issue a refund due to the slipping problem. To make matters worse, they did not even reply in English, but in German, which made communication even more difficult. Overall, I feel this shows a lack of responsibility for product safety and poor customer service. I would not recommend.”

We understand how important safe footing is, and it’s disappointing to read that you didn’t feel confident wearing them. Regarding your request, we did review your case and explained that these models are not designed or advertised as non-slip footwear, particularly on very wet or smooth surfaces. “Vizualno zelo lepa obutev. Priznati pa moram, da so bili prvi čevlji (škornji odessa), ki sem jih pred leti kupila pri Groundies, daleč najbolj mehki in udobni. Čevlji, ki sem jih kupila naknadno, so trši, manj udobni, pri enem od modelov pa mi tudi premoči podplat. Kot da bi v zadnjih letih kvaliteta nekoliko padla. Mogoče pa samo jaz nisem imela sreče.”

“Ich trage die Schuhe alle sehr gerne, sie passen für mrine Füsse perfekt. Sie sind mir so so bequem, dass ich manchmal vergesse, sie zu Hause auszuziehen. Denn eigentlich trage ich in der Wohnung nur dicke Socken! Was mir allerdings fehlt: Schuhe, die man auch zum Rock oder Kleid tragen kann - bisschen schick, für offiziellere Anlässe zum Beispiel.”

“Meine ersten Barfußschuhe habe ich bei Groundies gekauft und war gleich zufrieden. Die Qualität stimmt meiner Meinung nach und wenn man dann noch ab und an die passende Größe im Sale findet, perfekt. Schade, dass es Modelle manchmal dann nicht mehr gibt, aber vielleicht kommen sie ja nochmal wieder.”

“De bestelling gaat makkelijk en vlot, alles wijst voor zich en dan komt de bestelling binnen, uitpakken, passen en gaan, Ze lopen echt waanzinnig lekker! Al vaker heb ik groundies besteld, al een paar versleten, maar ik kan ze nog niet weg doen, draag ze alleen bij droog weer.....”

“Ich mag groundies barfußschuhe. Sie sind sehr bequem. Allerdings finde ich die Größenfindung schwierig. Ich dachte immer, 1 Marke...immer die gleiche Größe. Ist leider nicht so.”
