unfotunately the ballerina style shoes are very uncorfortable. I regret getting them. It elastic part hurts the feet.

Es tut mir leid mitteilen zu müssen, dass bereits nach wenigen Monaten des Tragens zuerst die eine, wenig später auch die andere Sohle brüchig wurde, aufgerissen ist und obwohl die Schuhe sonst in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand sind, der Tragekomfort keine Wünsche offen lässt, sie nicht mehr getragen werden können, da jedwede Feuchtigkeit durchdringt. Auch ein Schuster erklärte hier keine Abhilfe schaffen zu können, die Sohlen dürften möglicherweise ewig gelagert worden sein, sehr bedauerlich.

I was so disappointed that my order was returned due to a shipping issue. Then when I tried to have my order shipped again they told me I would have to place a new order. I went to the website to do so immediately and none of the shoes I ordered were available.

Ordered my pair and returned it: the fit was not wide enough for me (comparing to widling shoes and vivobarefoot). However, I never received a refund. Contacted them several times and they kept saying: it's coming, don't worry. The money never came back. It's been more than a year now. I heard the company was changing ownership, but that's no excuse. I am writing this review in the hope they will reach out and finally refund the money.

A very bad costumer support. Change in size, fit and material is not mentioned in the description. I was amazed by my groundies universe, the one that I bought in 2022. I am very disappointed from the new ones I bought in 2025. I tried to reach the support, it was very hard ro reach them and they were not helpful when I made a complaint.

As I recently discovered, the website no longer ships to Slovenia, which I find quite disappointing. As an alternative, they offer a national website, but it does not include all models, especially not the newer ones. As a result, the service has deteriorated drastically.

Got the Osaka men’s. Loved them up the side lacing anchor ripped after less than a week of gentle wearing. Otherwise I loved them.

The shoes I ordered from groundies were great quality, however two sizes of the same pair did not fit me so I sent them back. It has been close to a month since shipping the first pair back and I have not heard anything from groundies nor have I received a refund even after sending emails notifying them of the returns. Please send me my money back! I’m disappointed in the customer service.

Horrendous customer service and quality control! Buyer beware! I ordered a pair of shoes for my son for the holidays, and when they arrived, it was clear that they were not a new pair of shoes. One was laced, and the other wasn’t. One shoe was missing the insole. My son contacted the company via email and they refused to send him an insole to replace the one that was missing. They said that insoles were not really necessary in their shoes and that it was OK that only one of the shoes came with an insole. We are currently in the middle of a dispute with Paypal as I am asking for a partial refund because they were not a complete new pair of shoes. My son will have to buy insoles from another company and I would like to be reimbursed for that.

In our U.S. shop, insoles are optional and removable and are not an essential part of the shoe’s function.
