“I am excited about how comfortable these shoes are. I really enjoy them. I do think the customer service could be a little better. I wrote to ask about the furry boots that had sold out. But I never heard back.”

“Ordered my pair and returned it: the fit was not wide enough for me (comparing to widling shoes and vivobarefoot). However, I never received a refund. Contacted them several times and they kept saying: it's coming, don't worry. The money never came back. It's been more than a year now. I heard the company was changing ownership, but that's no excuse. I am writing this review in the hope they will reach out and finally refund the money.”
