“Love these shoes! They have been my everyday sneakers for about 3 months and I am so happy with them! They are holding up great, they seem to be high quality. And they are so comfortable! Also I love that they are wide enough and they also don’t look like clown shoes. I will definitely be buying more!”
“I like my Groundies. They are cute and comfortable. The tongue is a bit long and stiff though that is easily fixable (fold the tongue over towards the toe of the shoe and clip it with a binder clip while not wearing - it softens up and won't poke into your ankle). I wish they would make black with a gray stripe or something, not just black (different colors like the beige)! I wear them to concerts with skirts so they work for my purpose! I have very flat feet.”
“They are comfortable to wear and especially the leather feels very nice. But the sole was not as durable as I hoped. I did not wear them that often but it cracked open on both shoes after just over 1,5 years so I can’t wear them on wet ground anymore. They used to be my go-tos on rainy days, so that was disappointing.”
“I had 1 pairs Universe sneakers and overall they are comfortable, but there are some issues. It wasn’t clear what the difference is between the men’s and women’s versions. Sometimes the men’s pair was on sale while the women’s in the same size wasn’t, even though the measures in size guide are identical.
I wore them often. My white pair was more durable, while the sole on my black pair eventually cracked. The white pair also feels slightly wider than the black, even though it’s the same model.
Finally, the brand logo started to peel off in pieces. Not critical, but a bit disappointing”
“Schon öfters habe ich bei Groundies bestellt und nie gab es Probleme.
Leider waren die letzten zwei Erfahrungen sehr schlecht.
Meine zurückgeschickten Schuhe wurden nicht zeitgemäß erstattet, ich musste mich jeweils selber persönlich melden und nachfragen, wo mein Geld bleibt.
Hätte ich mich nicht gemeldet, hätte ich wahrscheinlich mein Geld bis heute nicht.
Aus diesem Grund werde ich in Zukunft leider nicht mehr bei Groundies einkaufen.”

Umso mehr tut es uns leid, dass deine letzten beiden Erfahrungen so verlaufen sind. Gerade wenn vorher alles problemlos lief, ist so ein Bruch umso enttäuschender.
Dass du dich selbst melden musstest, um den Stand deiner Rückerstattung zu klären, ist unnötig aufwendig und frustrierend. Wir haben uns den Ablauf intern noch einmal genau angesehen und bereits erste Anpassungen angestoßen, damit solche Situationen künftig besser aufgefangen werden.
Schade, dass wir dein Vertrauen an dieser Stelle verloren haben.
