“I really love your shoes. They are comfortable, wide enough for my feet and really nice to wear. The only two thigs I am missing is non-slip outsole with better grip - I have my second pair of all terrain low waterproof and on rainy days they do not have good enough grip on wet leaves or mud. I also wish, that outsole would not make a sound when i walk on linoleum. Now it makes squeaky noise (I have Lily ballet flats).”

“Here’s a polished review based on what you told me: Groundies Barefoot Shoes – Honest Review After 3 Pairs ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) Let me start with the good: these are genuinely the most comfortable barefoot shoes I have ever worn. I’ve tried a lot of brands over the years, and Groundies stands out in terms of fit, feel, and how natural the movement is. That comfort is real and worth acknowledging. But comfort alone doesn’t justify the price — and that’s where it falls apart. Across three pairs, I ran into the same problems every time. The soles wore through surprisingly fast, developing holes well within what I’d consider acceptable for shoes in this price range. One outdoor pair had a glued seam come apart after no more than 10 to 12 wears. Because I bought them in autumn and wore them first after winter, the warranty window had passed by the time the defect showed up — even though the shoes had barely been used. Customer support declined to help, citing the expired support period. For shoes that cost over €100, I expect both durability and a customer service approach that reflects that price point. Neither delivered. I’d still recommend Groundies for comfort. But if you’re on a budget and can’t replace shoes every three to six months, be aware of what you might be getting into.”

“Super Passform, also bisher konnte ich immer meine normale Schuhgröße wählen. Die Optik gefällt mir hier von allen Barfußschuhen am besten. Das Barfußfeeling ist bei einer Konkurrenzfirma mit L am Anfang besser, finde ich.”

“Hi, I love my Universe HiTop Women, very trendy, look like "normal" shoes, but they have been discontinued! I also love the Helsinki boots, very stylish and I get lots of compliments on them in the winter. Both are very comfortable with wide toe box. Some of the other models like all-terrain high are too narrow in the toe box and squeez my toes, unfortunately. I hope they can bring back the Universe high tops and keep making wide toe shoes.”

“I've been using groundies the last 6 years. Most of my shoes i bought from them. I like the quality of the soles, they usually have a great grip to them even when it is wet. I love the variety of styles and the quality to them. I've consistently gotten +3 years of wear from their shoes so far.”

“Tengo varios calzados de groundies y estoy bastante contento con ellos. Lo unico malo es que es bastante caro y no puedo permitirme muchas cosas. Una pena que el modelo Kyoto esté descontinuado, mi pareja estaba encantada con este modelo, muy chulo y sin cordones, facil de poner. La mayoria de modelos sin cordones son feos. Las estuvo llevando hasta que reventó la suela tras muchisimo tiempo.”

“Ich besitze mittlerweile 4 Paare Groundies. Eines habe ich so lange getrangen, bis mich einen Freundin darauf aufmerksam machte: "dass das nun wirklich nicht mehr gut" - die Trennung fiel mir trotzdem schwer. Bei sämtlichen Bestellprozessen lief alles Reibungslos. Mittlerweile habe ich sogar meine Eltern mit Modellen eingedeckt, auch sie sind begeistert und werden oft darauf angesprochen - Groundies gehen anscheinend auch noch mit Mitte 70 :)”

“Ich muss ehrlich zugeben, dass es die beste Barfußschuhmarke ist, die ich in meinem großen Repertoire an Barfußschuhen habe. Sie sind sehr bequem und sehen toll aus. Jedes bestellte Modell ( und das sind nicht weniger) trage ich unwahrscheinlich gerne. Sie sind alle sehr robust und äußerst modisch. Ich bin wirklich ein absoluter Fan.”
