“Bad experience. I had a ten minute wait to collect a battery which I reserved online. This branch always has a queue as they refuse to hire enough staff. Within a week I returned the battery which cost £55 as the battery was not the fault in the engine. They refused to refund it even though it was installed for a short time to test the car. The battery was immaculate and with the contact covers on the terminal. The branch mananger, Usman, said there would be no refund as I fitted the battery for a short time! He could easily have sold the battery but chose to ignore my consumer rights. I had my sales receipts to show him. Another deceit is that the battery cost £55 if reserved online but £75 if ordered at the shop!”

“It’s a good battery- charged my car and i have extra V. Which means it should last a good while for car owners. Very easy to fit if fitted properly and, won’t interfere with infotainment system.”
