“Battery good and very reasonable price, easy online ordering, popular place in Norwich, seemed to be in que for a while as there was one person serving, could do with another person serving at busy times but could have just been my particular pickup time, but good service.”

“Beware purchase of this item. The website foto and tech spec did not match the product that I received. The GSF website e-commerce customer service was indifferent to the misrepresentation and even gave me incorrect, wrong branch, contact details for me to talk to someone sensible. Eventually, some sensible branch managers responded and we agreed a resolution. GSF remain my first call for VW spares, just don't trust the website !”
