“I didn’t bother checking previous customer reviews before purchasing this £2.88 windshield wiper, assuming that for such a low-cost item, it wouldn’t matter much. But after experiencing their shocking treatment, I now realize that the issue isn’t about the price—it’s about basic decency and professionalism. When I attempted a return within less than a week, I expected a straightforward resolution. Instead, I was met with hostility, accusations, and outright insults. Rather than acknowledging the poor product quality and apologizing for the inconvenience, they dismissed my concerns, cut off the conversation, and treated me with complete disrespect. No customer should ever be subjected to this level of arrogance and lack of ethics. If you value honest service and professionalism, stay far away. This company clearly has no regard for its customers.”
