“The battery we received did not have enough charge to start the car, but was replaced under warrenty. It was collected Friday afternoon, but car would not turn over after fitment. I placed it on charge overnight, as it may have been on the shelf for a while, and come Saturday morning the car started fine, and was ok for that day. I had a busy day Sunday, and went to start the car - but nothing. After another charge it worked, but then would not restart again without a jump. Plans ruined. Battery was returned back to GSF on Monday morning, and on testing was told that the battery only had 10% the expected cranking capacity! It was replaced without arguement, and new battery was tested, and was on spec. My weekend plans were spoiled because the dodgy battery was frustratingly not tested before handing over. Please make this standard procedure to ensure that all batteries are tested before sale! The new new one has performed faultlessly for the past 2 weeks, though!”

“Replaced existing Kadjar battery - stop start now working well :-) as well as reduced system error messages ... weak battery definitely has an effect on the electronic systems.”
