“The new battery I purchased had no charge at all—it was worse than the nine-year-old battery I was replacing. This forced me to call a recovery truck and take several taxis, borrow friend car for work ( additional business insurance taken for two those two days)costing me over £200 to resolve. Thankfully, the store on Boucher Road replaced the battery, but I believe I should be compensated for the expenses and trouble caused by trusting a 'new' battery that arrived dead.”
