Everyone with whom I spoke, from my initial contact with customer service to my contact with the raid team, was friendly, professional, and prompt to respond. The raid itself was completed within a day of ordering, which greatly impressed me. The raid itself was an incredibly positive experience, during which I learned the mechanics of each encounter and was involved in the process. I cannot stress enough what a pleasant experience I had.
