Hello Owen, This item was deleted during a vault cleaning service. You have ordered many of these before, so we believe you do have an understanding on how they work in that the booster deletes items which is the entire point of the service. We also have it clearly listed on what we will delete on the service itself. After reporting this to us in live chat today, we let you know that it was deleted during this cleaning session as the booster must have deemed it a "bad roll" in an effort to make space in your vault as ordered. If there are items you do not specifically want deleted, it is important to communicate with us on this PRIOR to your service being started through either locking the weapon and leaving a note about locked weapons or in weapons in general. After we let you know this was through the vault cleaning and that we can see what we can do for you, you did not reply.
