“I placed the pre-order after talking to support and being told that it was 'highly likely' that the order would be started before the first 24hr window had passed for the raid as I was a fast pass customer and sufficiently leveled unlike others. I understood that there was no guarantee of it being started and especially not finished before the window passed; however, the assertion that it was 'highly likely' to be started rubbed me the wrong way when it was closer to 72 hours later that it was started. I felt like I'd been dup'd. I'd have still placed the order if I'd received an honest answer and my expectations would have been in a reasonable place.”
