“I've had this for a couple of months now. I love it. I'm able to add a bunch of exercises to my home workouts. I even use it to add more linear resistance to my freeweight leg extention/curl machine. It's not the most high end piece of kit but is great value for the price and plenty stable once it's attached to the wall. It's also smoother than I was expecting. I use 3 in 1 oil on the guides from time to time to help keep it running smoothly.”

“Great value cable machine, good for pull downs, rows, curls, flyes etc. Little fiddly to put together with the cables and pulleys but patience is key. Delivery took a while but the team kept me updated. Overall quite happy with my purchase, and even considering buying a second so I can do on both sides at the same time.”
