“I'm a 75 year old female and was struggling to assemble the recumbent bicycle. Instruction book was confusing however I discovered the video and had no problems finishing assembly. Did it on my own,however, another set of hands would have made assembly easier and quicker. I love my recumbent bike, it is smooth and very quiet, I find 30 minutes on the bike watching a favourite tv show does the job. I would highly recommend this recumbent for seniors because it is also very comfortable which means you can stay on a lot longer.”
