“The old package was much better and less tangled. This beautiful new expensive boxed packaging. Has the hair wound up in a tight curly little ball. I have to take extra time to flat iron all the hair before it’s able to be used on a client. Not a fan of the new packaging, I prefer the long package where the hair comes flat, not bald up in a curl..”
