“Very disappointed in the colors and HL/LL ratios compared to swatches and website picture. I realize as stylist we can custom color, but many customers don’t want to pay $700 for the piece and then have to pay a couple hundred more for custom color. Color runs much warmer than expected and ratios made them much darker than expected. I’ve bought/used several different brands and types of extensions and this line by far is the most difficult to match and most off on color. You need better descriptions of the colors and better pictures.”
