Since March, we've been hit with significantly higher tariff charges on many of our imported inventory items. Unfortunately, these costs directly impact pricing, and we've done our best to absorb as much of it as possible before adding the Tariff Surcharge. To help ease the impact for our customers, we've also introduced a Tariff-Free Shopping section on our website featuring products that aren’t affected by the Tariff Surcharge.
We also wanted to let you know that shipping protection is optional and can be taken off your order at the time of purchase :)

“My client has been purchasing hair from you for four years… The balayage or root from the last purchase turned pink… I called customer service and also emailed and nothing was done to rectify the problems so she had to purchase new hair and I had to give it to her at cost, which means we both lost out. “Hair quality has been consistently good. Ordering process is simple. The new cost of hair went up a ton but the retail price did not! That is poor business practice and hurts the small businesses that support you. Costs across the globe have gone up, this raise should have included our sale price as well as cost.”
