My order was canceled due to no stock so I never received the product :/ Also no one replied to my response asking when my color / length would be restocked

I’m very disappointed in how much the cost has gone up on these. I think the tariff charge is ridiculous and the shipping protection is another added charge. It makes it hard to retail these because they are too expensive.

Hair quality has been consistently good. Ordering process is simple. The new cost of hair went up a ton but the retail price did not! That is poor business practice and hurts the small businesses that support you. Costs across the globe have gone up, this raise should have included our sale price as well as cost.

I love the halos. This was my first bang purchase and I was disappointed in the quality. The hair felt nice but the way it bubbles out of the net was odd and very unnatural looking. I wasn’t able to use it

The hair is nice. I’m not sure it’s gonna be enough hair. Pricey. And the color I received looked nothing like the color shown. It was much darker which gave me problems trying to deposit color.

I have purchased this particular topper previously. I sent it home with my client. I opened it and did look at it but only quickly when she took it out along the hairline there’s a bunch of hair missing and I have photos of it. What should I do because I’d like to send it back for one that is correct like the previous one that I had? I have a few photos but some look really bad due to lighting so I’ll only send the first photo unless you want more. Thank you for your help!
