“Two attempts to deliver failed despite being given the correct address and a sign on front of building with the name of the nursing home. They never made an attempt on the 3rd day (Friday) so it is now sitting in the Lincoln Depot of your delivery company according to my tracking email from them. I have cancelled the order and requested a refund as it was my sister’s birthday last Wednesday and it is now Sunday. You need to improve your delivery service as no excuse with Google maps for not finding a place.”
