“The Hamper itself is great but it was delivered to our home address rather than the recipient address - I may have filled out the online forms wrong - or it might have been the interaction with PayPal - so this may not have been your error. But in any event I've now forwarded it on.”

“I'm incredibly disappointed with this purchase. The contents cannot be worth more than 20 pounds maximum so it looks like the basket (which is quite nice) is costing 42 pounds? There was also an issue with delivery. I got a message saying it would be delivered by 6 pm on Tuesday and I arranged to stay in, but it did not arrive till the next day. I appreciate it's difficult at this time of year so that's a minor issue.”
