“I ordered 4 Jade gift towers and the recipients were delighted! They were packaged as shown and the contents were lovely, so I’m told. One of the deliveries was lost by DPD and despite trying to rearrange delivery twice the parcel was a no show. However I’d like to highlight the excellent customer service provided by Alex, from Hampergifts, who responded promptly to my emails and tried to resolve the issue with DPD. When the hamper was not delivered for the second time, Alex provided a full refund. Things do go wrong from time to time, but it’s how those challenge are dealt with that sets certain retailers apart from others. I was so impressed, I’ve ordered another hamper today and will continue to use this company going forward.”

“We ordered The Jade for a dear friend’s birthday pressie. She was absolutely delighted & loved that each box held a surprise, because they all had something different & scrumptious in it. Plus having such nice boxes as a bonus. It certainly was the gift that kept on giving……and worth every penny! We’ll be ordering again for the next special person.”
