“5 stars for the gift hamper tower but 0 stars for delivery averages out to 3 stars. I understand that Hampergifts is at the mercy of the delivery service, which is suffering from lack of staff; however, there were several failures on delivery. First - they never showed up during the delivery window, then they claimed that the address did not exist. It was a free-standing house on a main road and Hampergifts had delvered to that address 3 times before. After setting up a new window for delivery, the delivery service apparently cancelled the entire order- without informing me. However, Alex from Hampergifts was very helpful. He discovered the problem with the delivery, had a new Hampergift made and arranged for delivery to a different address within 24 hours, giving several special instructions to the delivery person. This time the gift arrived as scheduled, looked spectacular in the photos and my daughter is very happy with the biscuits and chocolate.”
