“Excellent packaging. Haven't opened it as it's a gift for someone. Only issue is your delivery service, DPD - took them 3 attempts to deliver and the 2nd attempt they didn't even get out the van with the item! The person was home, saw them out the window, but nobody came to the house - later they found a card in the letterbox saying sorry we missed you when they were home all morning!!”
