“There was a problem in the hamper being delivered as I had no idea when it wouold arrive so after a week I contacted customer services. Alex emailed back immediately to say the parcled had been damaged in transit and I'd receive a new one after the weekend. In fact it arrived safely the folowing day. Well done Alex.”

“Package of goodies were great, just as expected. The delivery, however needs to be improved. The parcel was left at the front door without the recipient acknowledging it and it remained there overnight. The delivery happened before the date that was transmitted to me. Was there no knock or phone call? While the recipient was home, they were not aware the parcel was sitting outside and at risk. I received an email stating the recipient received the parcel while was not correct. Thank-you”
