“The recipients of this hamper were absolutely delighted with the well-presented items in a beautiful basket. They particularly appreciated the quantity and the quality of the goods which were an assembly of varied products from different 'artisans'. The delivery was scheduled in mid-December, date which, unfortunately, coincided with many strikes in England. I contacted Hampergifts customer service by telephone and by mail on several occasions and I must confirm that they were excellent in providing support. Could not ask for better service. “the hamper was ordered from Australia for a elderly person i UK as a belated birthday and early Christmas gift. i was contacted by email a couple of days before with a delivery time which made it easy to notify the recipient to make sure she was home . needless to say she loved what was in the parcel and even the basket , Great service i will be using this company again thank you”
