15yrs ago my boys had a necklace made for me with their hand prints on. Unfortunately 2yrs ago a tragic attack happened to me where my car was stolen and that said necklace was in that car. I thought it had been lost forever, until the other week when I decided to just see if... on the off chance the company would still have their prints on their system from 15yrs ago. So I emailed, and after some digging they came back and said yes they still have them. That email had me burst into tears, I was so happy and couldn't believe. And you bet within seconds of that email, I was on the site ordering my necklace and today it arrived and again has brought tears of happiness to my eyes. This necklace meant so much to me, the boys where only 3yrs & 6yrs old ( now 21yrs & 18yrs old) so to have their little handprints back literally just fills my heart. Thank you so much to the guys in the office your customer service was brilliant and to the guys making beautiful pieces of memorable jewellery. This jewellery isn't just any piece, its a memory from the past and that is priceless”
