I emailed asking if it was possible and I received a quick reply explaining they still had my daughters prints and what to do with the order etc. It was very simple and easy to do. I was a bit apprehensive about taking off my original necklace as I hadn't since the day I recieved it but I was so happy and overjoyed with emotions when I received my new necklace, I wanted it on straight away.
