“Ordered a necklace for my daughter for Xmas ... a stocking filler if you like... paid extra for it to be guaranteed before Christmas .... ( ordered November) rip off, as it still had not been delivered the second week in December I chased it up, to be told they are still waiting on my ( finger print) didn’t ask or want a finger print... a simple engraving was all I asked for ( and was all that was ordered) 2 days before Xmas it arrived. If I hadn’t chased it up, it would have still been sat in the shop.”

“I contacted the company to state the spelling mistake and asked for a new message and was stated to be charged an extra £20 so i had to give the gift to my spouse with sentential value with the spelling mistake which caused issues. Would of been higher rating if they was able to help when I made contact.”

As per our t&c's we do ask each customer to carefully check their confirmation email and to contact us as soon as possible if there are any errors or if you would like any changes to be made as we do create each item exactly as it has been ordered and do not edit the order in any way unless requested by the customer.Unfortunately, as we were not notified of the spelling error on the order prior to creation, your jewellery was created using the original order details.We can see that we have not yet received a response to our last email and can confirm that we would be able to rectify the spelling mistake which was made when your order was placed by re-engraving this for you.
