“I contacted this company through their Instagram account to query about getting the engraved necklace done for my mum. Charlotte was the lady who I spoke to and who was phenomenal in organising the design and making sure I loved the product before submitting it for production. She was so so good and made the process super easy! The product itself is gorgeous, I have it to my mum as a surprise to honour her mum and dad and she absolutely loves it. Would highly recommend xx”
