“I recently bought the engraved heart necklace for my mam, my dad passed away in January and whilst clearing cupboards i found old xmas cards and came across his handwriting in a card to my mam. Something inside me made me take a picture as I had seen Hand on Heart advertised online, I picked the necklace and sent off the picture and waited in anticipation....wow.. To say I was amazed and beyond words is an understatement. It arrived early in the most lovely packaging, thoughtfully displayed beautifully. The necklace was perfect and my mam shed quite a few tears when gifted it, the work put into the engraving and presentation was remarkable. I could not be more happier and have recommended the company to so many people, I would not hesitate to purchase again. My mam treasures her necklace, it is beautiful, brilliant quality, admired by all who have seen it and it gives her comfort whilst grieving. “I received my necklace last week and had wrapped it up for my daughter. She just opened it yesterday as I gifted it to her for a bday present which was already late as didn’t arrive in time. Further to our surprise the necklace has arrived damaged as the hook doesn’t close for the chain to be worn. Absolutely annoyed with this and requesting for you to look into this ASAP as to what will be done. This was a gift which should’ve arrived a while back and on top of this we are left with a necklace that can’t even be worn. Waiting for a prompt resolution”
