“I had ordered a pendant and chain a couple of years ago and the chain developed a fault and was at risk of me losing the chain and pendant. I raised this with HoH and their customer service was brilliant and a replacement was arranged free of charge, despite it being outside the standard warranty period (my fault as I'd attempted a fix with glue when it first happened and it kept failing! Then I got so worried I raised it with them expecting to have to purchase a new chain). This company are very friendly and helpful and really put customer service first. Thank you”
