“It was a smooth process from ordering to receipt of the necklace which arrived earlier than expected. The handwriting was perfect and the locket was actually even prettier than the picture. It’s alot more petite and overall lovely quality. Packaging was so thoughtful and tasteful with a little card with the name of the jeweller who made it. Necklace itself was in a beautiful velvet box.
