“Charm looks beautiful from the front but the back has a slight dent in the middle of the word Dad which was engraved. It lets it down a bit but nevertheless as it is a reminder of my dad, I love it anyway.”

“I ordered a charm for my Pandora bracelet with my lovely dad’s ashes, who we lost last year to a brain tumour. Not only is the charm absolutely beautiful, but Hand on Heart quality controlled the original one they made and were unhappy with it. They then created a new charm with some of the ashes, completely free of charge. They then sent me both the original and the new charm and they’re both absolutely beautiful- I would be equally happy with either of them! I can now wear one on my necklace as well as on my bracelet.
