“The small heart necklaces, in purple and blue, for me and my granddaughter, using my late husband's ashes are absolutely beautiful. The presentation boxes really set them off and the engraving was perfect. The only criticism would be the £4.95 each for the black and white photos inserted in the lid of each box, which were really not worth the extra money, as they don't stick to the inside of the boxes, and I could have done a better job myself. This element was somewhat disappointing, as the necklaces, engraving and presentation boxes deserved something of a higher quality. This would not, however, prevent me purchasing more items in the future, but I would not purchase the photo element again.”

“I had a very positive experience with hand on heart jewellery. The piece I received was gorgeous and I was so pleased with it. I was kept upto date on it's progress. I was advised that the final step of resin setting had resulted in a slight imperfection and that the product would be made again and both items sent together. I thought this was excellent customer service. Couldn't be happier with my necklace”
