Only small criticism is that I am finding the safety chain and catch a bit fiddly - maybe put a bigger fastener on and a slightly larger link to fasten to on the chain?”

“I am impressed with the quality of this, well made and a nice heavy chain. I also like the slight sparkle it has presumably from diamond dust of something similar mixed in with the ashes. My only reticence was the hidden charge added on at the end called the design fee. Why isn’t this in the original upfront cost? That annoyed me and delayed me making the purchase, not because I couldn’t afford it but because I felt it was underhand. All things considered though, I’m glad I did buy it, it’s lovely.”
