“The service was great and the necklace and heart are beautiful. But we were very disappointed with the cheap, poor quality presentation box that it came in. Also the photo of my mum that we paid extra for the box, was really poor quality and in black and white.”

“Fantastic from start to finish. I was very nervous about sending my mum’s ashes through the post. I emailed several times and they updated me on the process every step of the way so much care was taken even the presentation box and pouch to put the ashes in it was lovely I would definitely recommend hand on heart jewellery.”
